Tile/Grout Technician (St. Louis & Surrounding Areas)

The Grout Medic is a fast-growing grout & tile maintenance/tile replacement Company serving St. Louis and surrounding areas of St. Louis. We are looking for an experienced tile technician/grout technician who is patient and friendly, systematic and with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have a background in the tile installation and grout business including caulking. Must be able to follow procedures and respond to customer needs.

TILE OR GROUT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. (References needed)

MUST HAVE CELL PHONE – Tablet will be provided

JOB REQUIRES TRAVELING TO CUSTOMERS HOMES (In & out of St. Louis and surrounding areas)

MUST HAVE A CLEAN APPEARANCE

Full Time Work Hours M-F 7am to 5:00 pm with no restrictions – Overtime is always available

NO SUB-CONTRACTORS THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION

Experience as a Tile Installer (We Want You), but not required

Experience as a Tile Helper

Experience with rebonding/replacing tile

Must have own hand tools needed to perform job duties (A List will be provided). Some tools are provided.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH USING SILICONE CAULKS

Must have experience working with all types of grouts

Must speak English well

Must be U.S. Citizen or have work visa

Must have clean driving record

Tile Replacement

Water Damage Repair behind tile work only. (We don’t do Drywall Repairs, but is a plus if you have experience)

Company vehicle provided (with a good driving record) after training is completed. Must be able to drive a personal vehicle to and from jobs until training is completed.

Car and fuel allowance for providing own vehicle, must be a van or truck.

Starting pay with no experience is $17 per hour 

Starting pay with experience is to be determined after in-depth discussion
