From the start Matt & his team were very responsive and helpful. They were quick and easy to schedule with. Very upfront about pricing and wonderful all around. They took my 1950s bathroom tile, removed, restored and replaced the same tile with perfection. It was a meticulous clean up and they made sure everything was back in its place. They even contacted a plumber for us and we were very pleased with their work as well! They made a dreaded job simple for us. Overall, everything is wonderful and I could not be any more pleased. We had some plumbing work done recently, and long story short, about 8 of our 1950s bathroom wall tiles were destroyed. I called Grout Medic, and it turns out Matt was able to find matching tiles, so I brought them in to do the replacement, plus a steam clean + recaulk of the bathroom surfaces. I'm very pleased with the result! The wall and bathroom look fantastic, and any follow-on questions and concerns I had were responded to promptly, Marco and Jay going out of their way to make sure I was happy. Definitely recommended!

They seam cleaned our master bath shower, cleaned all grout and coated the grout and put a clear sealer. Looks brand new! High five to John who did the work and did not break until the job was completed! I recommend the Grout Medic!

Grout Medic did a great job of re-grouting 2 bathrooms. They were able to tile match a chip in our limestone flooring so that it looks brand new. Wonderful, on time, professional and good cost for services.

UPDATE: After about 60 days, we had a small problem with the grout in our shower, and I emailed Grout Medic. They replied immediately and Marco came back and fixed the issue THE NEXT DAY. I had 2 bathrooms that needed caulking & re-grouting. I left a review for the 1st bathroom (outstanding) in late August. This is the review for the 2nd bathroom. OUTSTANDING!! This bathroom needed a lot more work. It was a mess with missing grout, chipped grout, mold, bad caulk work from a previous person. It was horrible. We had tiles (floors, wall, ceiling) in 2 fifty seven year old bathrooms cleaned and resealed. My expectation was that the grout, where discolored, would emerge white again after this process. Unfortunately that was not the case everywhere. I believe my expectations would not have been so high had there been an in person estimate vs a picture based estimate. That said though I maybe would have gone a different route if that were the case. Crew performing work was friendly, careful, and professional. I was happy with them.

When we decided to start redoing our kitchen the previous owners put up paneling to cover up the cracking in the plaster wall. In doing that they used liquid nail on the tile to hold the paneling. I wish I could post before and after pictures because they truly are night vs day. Big shoutout to The Grout Medic - STL for completing a big step for us to getting our kitchen back in order.

Grout Medic is great! Our original floor to ceiling shower tile was done almost a year ago and we couldn't have been happier with Marco and the amazing job he did. Almost a year later we had 2 small areas of grout re-crack and separate. Mya scheduled Marco to come back free of charge to repair the small area and another area he noticed, again free of charge. Amazing grout work! My marble floors in the entryway was worn and the grout was dirty. The work was done in a day and my grout looks brand new. I also had them restore the grout in my master bathroom on porcelain floors. It was so amazing I am having them back to restore my master shower that has natural stone. Very professional installation and no mess! Very pleased!

The grout medics did an amazing job cleaning my tile/grout in two showers, resealing the grout and replacing all caulking. They were professional and friendly. Grout Medic sent a representative to do a free estimate and set a date for work. Two guys then arrived on time and steamed my kitchen and bathroom tile floors. I was surprised how much mud they pulled out of that floor. They cleaned off a messy grout touch-up job that someone else had done, filled the cracks, restained and then sealed the grout. The floor looked as good as new. I told the representative that I was thinking of installing a kitchen backsplash. He helpfully recommended some tile suppliers. Grout Medic sent a tile installer who did an excellent job installing my backsplash. I am very happy with all their work.

Grout Medics came by to repair some loose/missing tile in the shower and floor, fix some water damage, replace faucet in the bathtub and remove and install a new vanity. The did a great job and were very professional. The next morning (through no fault of their own, we supplied the faucet for the tub and it had a bad seal) the shower leaked again and they had someone out to help right away. We had to get another faucet and they came back again a third time to install that. Would highly recommend using these guys, great work!

Great professional interaction with Matt, owner of Grout Medic. I highly recommend him and his company. He came to give an estimate on re-caulking my bathtub on the first floor, because we had water leaking into the basement. Due to his great experience he ruled out the bathtub, took a thorough look at the situation and found that the water tank of the toilet in the master bath, on the other side of the wall, was leaking. He tightened the screw and wiped up the water puddle in the corner. He fixed the problem and refused any payment. Thanks for your expertise, your willingness to take time to look at the situation closely and to fix the issue on the spot.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work The Grout Medic did for us! Those who did the work were polite and professional. They redid all of our tile floors, firmly securing some tiles that were loose that others had tried and failed to secure. The shower had been regrouted five times previously, but never looked as good as it does now. The tile floors and the shower look brand new, even though our home is 16 years old. We would highly recommend The Grout Medic to anyone who requires their kind of expertise.

He thoroughly explained the work to be done and sent an itemized estimate of the work. After the work was completed, he explained that customer satisfaction was a priority and to let them know if we had any questions, issues, or concerns. I noticed a few minor spots I would like to be touched up, and he sent someone out the next day, free of charge, to resolve the issues. Their customer service is unbeatable!

The Grout Medic is everything one could want & more. I did not think that having work done could go this smoothly. They were prompt, efficient, respectful, informative, honest & exceeded what I thought was possible. We had our bathroom remodeled by a less then scrupulous or capable contractor whose work almost immediately began falling apart. I thought we were going to have to live with our bathroom literally falling apart around us, until we could afford a remodel. However, The Grout Medic was able to use their innovative approaches and make everything as it should have been. I wish more were like them.

I originally thought we would have to have out ceramic tile floor replaced due to several cracked/chipped tiles and missing grout. The grout doctor made it look like a new floor again by replacing tiles, cleaning and repairing the grout and matching it.
